good selection tasty juice helpful staff
the breakfast featured a good selection of food and drink. the coffee and juice were very tasty. the staff was nice and readily available to assist with my needs.

food residue tatty furnishings
the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent, especially as i was visiting the barbican centre.
The room wasn't perfect for the price i paid (it was around £300 per night). the room cleanliness was unacceptable upon arrival with food left on the carpets. also, some of the room furnishings are a bit tatty. I noticed stains on the walls and curtains.

delicious breakfast wide variety helpful staff hygiene issue dirty sheets dusty room
I appreciated the fresh and delicious breakfast. There was a wide variety of choices. The staff were friendly. They were always helpful .
The room had hygiene issues. I noticed hairs in the sheets. There were stains on the pillowcases. I found dust in several areas of the room.

i found the staff efficient, hardworking, and friendly. i particularly valued the facility to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out. the location was certainly spot on for my needs, providing easy access to various amenities.
the room i stayed in seemed a bit worn. i noticed the hard furnishings were looking chipped and battered.

damaged furniture faulty plug
the room was larger than usual for a hotel and the shower was great
i booked a barbican room but received a room in the brewery across the street no reason was given to me the furniture was stained and damaged there were cobwebs and dust the plug in the basin did not work
